Who we are

officeworx Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact us about privacy at planprinting@officeworx.co.uk.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, and optionally company and phone number.
• Order details: the files you upload, print options, delivery address and order notes.
• Messages: anything you send through our contact form.
• Payment: card payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but never see or store your card details.

How we use it

We use your information to provide your account, print and deliver your orders, send order and status emails, answer enquiries and keep accounting records. Our lawful basis is performing our contract with you and, for accounting records, our legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Your files

Uploaded files are stored privately on our server and can only be accessed by you and our print team. Files left in a basket without being ordered are deleted after 30 days.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our email provider (order emails), our website host and, if you choose delivery, the courier (your name and address only).

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in and protect forms from misuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open and for up to 6 years afterwards for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
